Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC is hiring a Technician Fiber Installation to set up and maintain fiber optic networks. You will install, configure equipment, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers to ensure seamless service. The role requires driving, physical work, and occasional overtime to support network reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone services.
• Install, setup and configure all equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.
• Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Overtime, travel, and after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions.
