Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction, Inc. is seeking a Fiber Install Foreman to lead field crews on telecom construction projects. This role involves overseeing equipment operation, coordinating with supervision, and ensuring safety and DOT compliance on site.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of related foreman experience, a valid driver's license, and be prepared to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
