Job summary

CableCom, LLC is seeking a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team in McClellan, CA. You’ll lead crews, read blueprints, train crew members, and ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed while meeting project timelines.

This position requires 18+, US work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma/GED (or equivalent) with at least three years of related experience; foreman experience preferred. We offer a safety‑first culture and comprehensive benefits.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Foreman Telecom Underground is$25.00 - $32.00.
