Job summary

Blue Signal Search client is seeking Telecom Infrastructure Specialists to support the reliability, expansion, and improvement of a regional fiber network. This hands-on role blends field work with infrastructure design and project coordination to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work in Utah, perform outdoors, and collaborate across functions while maintaining safety, documentation, and industry best practices. Overtime may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in outside plant telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, telecom construction, field engineering, or similar.
• Ability to translate field observations into practical construction and network decisions.
• Willingness to support after-hours field emergencies and variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Support outside plant fiber projects with field activities, design support, and project coordination.
• Evaluate aerial and underground infrastructure and guide construction and network decisions.
• Prepare project materials from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
