Job summary

CS Contract Solutions seeks a Fiber I&R Technician to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic internet services for residential and commercial customers in Savannah, MO. This full-time, W-2 role is deployed to telecom carrier clients, with paid training and a focus on quality installations and customer education.

The position operates across the Savannah area with a one-week paid training in Bedford, NH. Compensation is production-based, with earnings ranging from six figures as skills ramp

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred; paid training provided.
• Must have own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack and own tools and safety equipment per the company checklist.
• Smartphone, laptop, and Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install verification of service performance.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Log work orders and time accurately using internal systems.
• Maintain minimum metrics for Repeats, Productivity, and Completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes as needed.
