Paid training is provided; compensation is production-based with estimated annual earnings ranging from $104,000 to $208,000, depending on completed jobs

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred; paid training provided for all skill levels.
• Must have own vehicle and ladder rack, plus tools and safety equipment.
• Smartphone, laptop, and Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted.
• Pass background check, MVR, and drug test.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on customer and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Keep scheduled customer appointments and log work orders and time.
• Maintain minimum acceptable metrics for Repeats, Productivity, and Completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes and information as the job requires.
