Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet experience preferred.
• Must have own vehicle with ladder rack and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification.
• Provide clear product education to customers.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Log work orders and time using internal systems.
• Maintain minimum metrics for productivity and completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes.
