Job summary

Heartland Tower Solutions seeks a Foreman - Fiber for our Gas City, IN projects. You will lead aerial, underground, and ground crew teams, ensure safety and client standards, and coordinate construction tasks across multiple sites in Indiana.

You will read blueprints, manage equipment, document progress, and train new hires while traveling to project locations with per diem accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience locating drill string and running crew.
• Must have basic mathematical skills.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred.
• For-hire/chauffer’s license required (or CDL permit and must obtain CDL within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews ensuring adherence to safety and company standards.
• Provide direction and training to crew members to improve safety and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, permits and specifications for job sequencing.
• Perform construction tasks and operate power equipment as needed.
• Ensure paperwork and daily production reports are completed accurately.
• Travel to multiple sites and maintain professional conduct around customers.
