Job summary

JDH Infrastructure Group seeks a Directional Drill Foreman to supervise a Fiber Division crew on active construction sites in Indiana. You will lead field teams, plan daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, reviewing job folders and JHA, assigning tasks, inspecting equipment, and documenting progress. CDL preferred, read engineering drawings, and maintain field communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and field experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents for OSP facilities.
• Proven leadership and frontline supervision capabilities on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a directed crew on a single site and plan daily tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, schedulers, and foremen on multi-discipline jobs.
• Ensure safety procedures, toolbox talks, and JHA documentation are completed.
• Inspect equipment, organize materials, and supervise vehicle checks.
• Communicate job status and progress to the Construction Manager or foreman.
