Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our wireline construction crews on nationwide projects. You will manage manual labor, equipment operations, and safety compliance while delivering high-quality fiber installations for commercial clients.

You will train crews, read utility prints, coordinate traffic control, and ensure OSHA standards. The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a strong ALL IN safety mindset to support our mission and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual labor and operations including hand digging, traffic control, and equipment operation on safety-sensitive sites.
• Read utility prints and maps; operate and supervise equipment and crews.
• Set up and shut down projects, coordinate traffic control, and ensure safety practices.
• Train crew members on fiber installation, print reading, OSHA requirements, and equipment use.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors to address issues and maintain quality.
