Job summary

GFiber is seeking a PgM Lead to oversee a team of program managers, ensuring schedules are met and critical projects across engineering, operations, construction, budgets, forecasting, and planning are delivered on time. The role requires strong leadership, tenacity, and excellent communication across functions.

You will drive process improvements, coordinate with internal and external teams, and deploy new technologies to markets and communities. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership in telecommunications or capital projects.
• Experience managing complex schedules with diverse vendors.
• 5 years or more in people or vendor management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of program managers to meet schedules and deliver critical projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, construction, budgets, forecasting, and planning.
• Lead process improvements for deployment and market operations.
