Job summary

GFiber is seeking a PgM Lead to manage a team of program managers delivering projects across engineering, operations, construction, budgets, forecasting and planning. You will prioritize tasks, manage complex schedules, and lead cross-functional collaboration to evolve projects and deploy new technologies to markets.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership, with travel up to 25% and a base US salary in the listed range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing a complex schedule with a diverse vendor base.
• 10 years of leadership in telecom or capital projects.
• 5 years people and/or vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Management functions to include project initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
• Operate across Google Fiber groups and external organizations to ready and implement processes.
• Lead process improvements for deployment and operations efficiency.
• Execute multiple projects/programs/planning for long-term success.
• Manage full-time employees and delivery via partners/vendors.
