Job summary

TEC is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to drive engagement in FTTH markets. You will act as a trusted liaison with communities, lead engagement initiatives, and help build a scalable community relations function.

Responsibilities include market research, developing Local Market Briefs, and coordinating multi-channel communications to support Marketing and Sales strategies. Travel within markets is required.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as described: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in community relations, public affairs, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead community liaison for active and new markets and manage relationships.
• Conduct market research and develop Local Market Briefs for marketing alignment.
• Provide market intelligence to Marketing and Sales to improve campaigns.
• Identify local influencers and advertising opportunities for localized marketing.
• Plan and execute community engagement events and town halls.
