Uniti, via its Kinetic Construction group, seeks a Manager to oversee aerial, buried, and underground fiber installations across the United States. You will allocate resources, guide project execution, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence for multiple jobs.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to travel up to 50% with overnight stays, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering or related field with 5–7 years professional experience; or 9+ years in engineering/technical roles with 0–2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL post-hire.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, construction, quality, schedule, and cost control of assigned projects.
• Ensure resources with proper tool/process expertise to support project execution.
• Manage after-hours issues including holidays, weekends, and emergencies.
• Visit job sites to validate workmanship and ensure budget adherence.
• Attend management calls/meetings and participate in safety training.
