Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Project Manager to oversee operational planning and execution of complex projects. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position headquartered in Mobile, Alabama.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project, program management experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience applicable to the duties listed on the job description.
• BA/BS degree required or comparable experience.
• Project planning and implementation skills.
• Knowledge of management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the administrative and daily operations of project, ensuring compliance with customer, jurisdiction, Uniti Fiber standards, policies and regulations.
• Serves as primary project management point of contact to one or more customers/accounts and conducts regular meetings with executive level customer contacts.
• Designs and develops or assists with design and development of projects.
• Track project budget; monitors budget expenditures.
• Develops a project and site‑specific baseline schedule and tracker and maintains an up to date forecast with actual completions for each of the above project types.
• Conducts regular cross functional meetings in order to expedite site and project completion.
