Visionary Broadband is seeking a Fiber Construction Coordinator to oversee fiber optic projects in Northeast Wyoming or Montana service areas. The role requires active on-site leadership, real-time direction to field crews, and coordination with project management to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn proprietary applications.
• Flexibility to work outside standard 8am-5pm, occasional weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiber optic construction projects with emphasis on quality and timeliness.
• Maintain on-site presence to oversee daily operations and direct field crews.
• Coordinate with project management to follow pre-determined plans and schedules.
• Foster collaboration with field crews and subcontractors to meet goals.
• Ensure construction activities meet safety and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specs.
• Monitor materials and resources to minimize downtime.
• Act as primary contact between field operations and stakeholders.
