Job summary

Fullerton is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily fiber construction activities across Wisconsin. You will conduct site visits, monitor subcontractors, coordinate schedules, assist with splicing coordination, verify quality, and ensure safety compliance in the field.

The role requires extensive travel within Wisconsin (80-90%), reports to the Construction Manager, and involves documenting progress, coordinating with permitting, engineering, and project teams, and building strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting OSP fiber construction projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction prints, maps, and work packages.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin (80-90%).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular field visits to active fiber construction projects throughout Wisconsin.
• Oversee subcontractor crews to ensure safe, efficient work to customer specifications.
• Monitor production, quality, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate fiber splicing activities with subcontractors and internal resources.
• Identify field issues and coordinate with the Construction Manager to resolve them.
• Verify construction meets customer standards and company quality expectations.
• Document project progress through photos and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements.
