Job summary

Ziply Fiber in Everett, WA is seeking a Business Sales Account Executive to drive growth in the small to medium business market. You will lead door-to-door campaigns, cultivate local partnerships, and participate in community events to generate new business.

The role offers a base salary with performance-based advancement, plus a substantial commission plan and a strong benefits package. Training and career growth are emphasized for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or similar roles.
• Self-motivated, resilient, goal-oriented.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete Ziply Fiber New-hire Sales Training.
• Call on many businesses in-person or via email/phone as directed by Sales Leadership.
• Follow the sales process and close at least one new customer per day.
• Participate in local events and chambers of commerce.
• Travel outside assigned territory up to 25% of days.
• Maintain expense and mileage records in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to changing priorities.

Education
