Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a dynamic Business Sales Account Executive to drive sales in its service areas targeting small and medium businesses. The role involves campaigns through door-to-door efforts, networking, local partnerships, and community events.

You will train with our sales team, travel within the territory, and aim to close new customers daily while delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills for professional settings.
• Demonstrated experience helping people in various settings; customer service background.
• Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, and resilient to handle rejection.
• Self-motivated and competitive with a strong drive to meet goals.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales performance expectations.
• Call upon a high number of businesses in-person, email, or phone.
• Present Ziply Fiber’s Internet and phone services to businesses.
• Attend events and travel up to 25% of working days.
• Manage operational expenses and expense reimbursements.
• Support team through training, mentoring, and teamwork.
