• Must adhere to department safety rules and wear protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Heat strip, cleave and inspect fiber.
• Attach optical cable to connectors.
• Perform measurements, alignment and testing of optical cable.
• Read, comprehend and build orders from blueprints and PICS.
• Maintain in-process workflow in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
