Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a MANAGEMENT ANALYST III (FIAR Compliance Manager) to support the V-22 PMA-275 FIAR program, focusing on property governance and auditable accounting for DoW resources. You will report to the FIAR Compliance Lead and oversee strategic planning and reporting.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, asset disposition monitoring, and conducting Floor-to-Book audits to ensure accurate inventory and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree; substitution: +5 years of experience accepted.
• 3+ years DoW property management / resource reporting and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently to support DoW weapons systems/equipment.
• Work hours may be fluid to meet client/operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide FIAR compliance reporting, action items, and strategic planning for PMA-275.
• Ensure compliance with current and future FIAR regulations for V-22 property management.
• Perform lifecycle management to flag disposition and excess property issues early.
• Conduct Floor-to-Book audits at property sites to validate inventory reporting and storage compliance.
• Support Total Asset Visibility across PMA-275 property and related activities.
• Travel approximately 35% of the time.
