Job summary

VTG is seeking a Management Analyst III (FIAR Compliance Manager) to support PMA-275 with FIAR for Product Support and property governance, ensuring auditable accounting of V-22 resources. You will report to the Government FIAR Compliance Lead and drive strategic planning and execution.

Required are a BS/BA or equivalent experience, 3+ years in DoW property management, and strong MS Office skills; travel is about 35% to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required; substitution: 5 years of relevant experience can substitute for degree.
• At least 3 years of DoW property management / resource reporting experience.
• Ability to work independently to support DoW weapons systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide FIAR compliance reporting, action items, and strategic planning as the single point of contact for PMA-275.
• Ensure compliance with current and future FIAR regulations for V-22 property management.
• Perform proactive lifecycle management to flag disposition and excess property issues early.
• Conduct Floor-to-Book / Book-to-Floor audits to validate inventory reporting and storage compliance.
• Support Total Asset Visibility across PMA-275 property and government lead activities to reach compliance.
• Travel approximately 35% of the time.
