Job summary

Responsibilities

Interviews applicants to collect and analyze income, assets, debts and credit data to assess loan eligibility.
Independently assesses applicant’s credit worthiness.
Advises borrowers on mortgage products and programs and negotiates loan terms.
Markets and promotes the bank’s mortgage products and develops new business.
Travels to client homes or business locations as needed and follows up with prospects.
Ensures lending compliance with origination procedures and regulatory requirements.
