Job summary

ORIX USA is hiring an Associate for FHA Production Support in New York, NY. The role supports loan production, underwriting, and coordination with underwriters, originators, clients, FHA, and vendors through the loan lifecycle.

The position emphasizes Excel-based screening, due diligence, and preparation of credit presentations, with a hybrid work arrangement in a busy NYC office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field required.
• 2–3 years of full-time experience in real estate related financial analysis for a lending institution, brokerage firm, or investment firm preferred; FHA experience prioritized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FHA Multifamily Origination Screening with Excel-based models and due diligence.
• Assist Underwriters with daily oversight of FHA multifamily loan applications.
• Lead internal deal coordination: third-party reports, due diligence lists, and submission accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with borrowers, Originators, Underwriters, FHA, and vendors to facilitate flow.
