Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-time experience in real estate related financial analysis preferred.
• Current or recent experience in FHA-insured lending prioritized.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support various loan production and underwriting functions.
• Assist Underwriters by providing oversight of FHA multifamily loan applications.
• Ensure work product adheres to Lument policies.
