Lument, the real estate capital platform of ORIX USA, seeks an Associate to support a high‑volume financing pipeline. You will perform loan analysis, build Excel models, and prepare lender submissions, working closely with borrowers and third‑party providers to ensure accurate due diligence and timely deal flow.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with a hybrid or on‑site work model in the NY/NJ area and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate related financial analysis preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform loan analysis and underwriting.
• Prepare and review lender submission packages.
• Coordinate engagement with third‑party report providers and due diligence.
• Interacts with borrowers and vendors to support underwriter analysis.
• Assist Closing with document preparation for loan commitments and closings.
