Job summary

PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to independently manage a complex FHA loan portfolio with strong analytical and credit skills. The role emphasizes watchlist analysis, covenant compliance and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include cash flow analyses, market surveys, due diligence, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure timely decisions and accurate reporting. A BA/BS in Finance/Real Estate is preferred along with CRE lending experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan documents with varying degree of complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to specific audiences.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit actions including cash flow analysis, market surveys and due diligence to support loan decisions.
• Analyze collateral properties across the US and manage borrower requests with minimal supervision.
• Ensure covenant compliance and monitor watchlist items with timely, well-written analysis.
• Collaborate with loan originators, counsel and vendors to drive efficient loan management.
