Job summary

Acenda Integrated Health is hiring a Program Director to lead the Functional Family Therapy program across Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties. The role oversees therapists, counselors, and a program supervisor, delivering in-home FFT to 4–5 families weekly and ensuring high-quality supervision and performance support.

The position requires a Master’s in Human Services, a NJ clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and at least 3 years of direct service plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's in relevant Human Services discipline required.
• A valid New Jersey Clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct service experience; FFT experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Social Work, Mental Health, or related setting.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapists/counselors and the Program Supervisor in FFT implementation.
• Provide in-home FFT sessions to a small caseload (4-5 families) weekly.
• Oversee staff productivity, supervision, and performance development.
• Coordinate with FFT LLC consultant for model adherence and competence.
• Attend meetings and ensure quality written and verbal communications.
