Job summary

Bellefaire JCB is seeking a Functional Family Therapist to provide Intensive Home Based Treatment to families in the community. You will work under clinical supervision to meet program benchmarks and maintain required licensure and documentation.

Evening and weekend on-call coverage is rotated, with a focus on adolescents aged 10 to 18. Responsibilities include weekly sessions, evaluating needs, and coordinating services while maintaining caseloads and documentation in compliance with

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Licensure: Valid Ohio LSW/LISW, LMFT/IMFT or LPC/LPCC required.
• Skills/Competencies: includes judgment, cultural competency, communication, ethics, teamwork and problem solving.
• Experience: Experience with children, adolescents and families; clinical exposure to chemical dependency.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and driving record; approved by Bellefaire to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Accept case assignments for home or community FFT services.
• Provide weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions.
• Utilize FFT model with families having adolescents aged 10–18.
• Carry a caseload for three to six months per model or supervisor discretion.
• Engage in evaluations, treatment planning, crisis work, family education and coordination of services.
