Bellefaire JCB in Akron, OH is seeking a Functional Family Therapist to provide Intensive Home Based Treatment under FFT guidelines. You will meet weekly, 1-hour family sessions with adolescents aged 10 to 18, delivering services in home and community settings.

The role requires license eligibility and timely documentation, with some evening hours and a flexible schedule to meet family needs. Experience with family-based therapy, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Valid Ohio LSW/LISW, LMFT/IMFT or LPC/LPCC required.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families; chemical dependency treatment experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting underwriting criteria.

Aufgaben

• Accept case assignments and provide home or community-based FFT services.
• Deliver weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions.
• Utilize FFT with adolescents aged 10–18.
• Maintain caseload as determined per model; 3–6 months duration.
• Coordinate evaluations, develop Treatment Service Plan, crisis support, and family education.
