Job summary

Design 4 Corners in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a detail‑oriented FF&E Procurement Coordinator to lead the furniture, fixtures, and materials process from selection to installation. You will own vendor, showroom, workroom, and warehouse relationships, ensuring on‑time, accurate delivery and documentation.

You will partner with Studio Finance and Billing, and report to the principals, shaping procurement standards and streamlining workflows across residential projects.

Qualifications

• Three+ years running FF&E procurement and expediting at interior design/architecture/construction firms, residential experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Studio Designer is strongly preferred; fluency in design/purchasing platforms needed.

Responsibilities

• Own FF&E workflow end-to-end; maintain and improve process as studio grows.
• Run weekly FF&E review; report open items, delays, and aging to principals.
• Own vendor, showroom, workroom, and warehouse relationships; set up trade accounts.
• Partner with Studio Finance on proposals, vendor balances, and project close.
• Create and prepare client proposals using Studio Designer.
