Job summary

Perkins & Will is seeking an experienced FF&E Project Manager to lead interior finishes, furniture, equipment, and accessories from concept through installation in a dynamic design environment.

The role requires strong coordination of design teams, supplier relations, and presentations, with emphasis on sustainability and client communication. A Bachelor's in interiors/architecture and LEED credentials are preferred; on-site in Dallas, TX with opportunities to influence project direction.

Qualifications

• Proficiencies in coordinating projects and site work.
• Experience developing an FF&E package from inception to completion with sustainability focus.

Responsibilities

• Support FF&E design from concept to installation.
• Coordinate staff resources and manage project teams.
• Develop finishes boards and FF&E presentation materials for clients.
• Liaise with project directors and senior management on design excellence.
