Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• At least four years of related work experience.
• Experience with FF&E, facilities, or higher education projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E staff and oversee district-wide strategies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Plan and execute mid- to large-scale FF&E projects with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ADA, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop metrics and reporting to support planning and accountability.
