Job summary

Perkins&Will Dallas is seeking an FF&E Specialist to support design from concept to installation, selecting finishes, furniture, equipment, and accessories while contributing to the interior design practice.

You will manage FF&E drawing packages, prepare finishes boards, and advise on new materials. Coordination with project directors, suppliers, and management is essential, with a strong sustainability focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent
LEED GA certification within 6 months
Professional accreditation in Living Design (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.)
NCIDQ preparation in progress

Responsibilities

Support FF&E design from concept to installation.
Select and complete specifications of finishes, furniture, equipment and accessories.
Prepare FF&E boards and presentation boards for clients.
Manage FF&E drawing packages and spec sheets to accepted standards.
Coordinate with project directors and senior management on design direction.
Source materials, visit showrooms, and sample products as needed.
