Insomniac is seeking Credential Staff to work directly with management to execute Credential Ops in our live events environment. If you love dance culture and organizing access credentials, this role may be a fit.

You’ll be the first face at staff check-in, verify government IDs, resolve issues quickly, prevent errors in uploads, and assist with admin tasks. A detail-focused, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication will thrive with Insomniac.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Follow health and safety procedures and attend required trainings

Responsibilities

• Act as first face of Insomniac for staff check in
• Check government issued IDs to ensure proper identification of all personnel entering site
• Promptly solve issues by utilizing resources and clear communication
• Proactively fix errors in credential uploads before staff arrival
• Act as a key-holder for the credential office, ensuring safety and security
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure materials get inventoried and transported back to warehouse
