Job summary

Insomniac is seeking an energetic Passport Team Member to engage with program members at festival activations, bringing enthusiasm and strong guest service. You will assist in setup and strike of Passport areas, cross-reference spreadsheets on-site, and share festival information such as hours, stages, artists, and amenities.

The role requires large-scale event experience, willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel, and a personable, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Large-scale event experience – exceeding 5,000 attendees.
• Proactive and creative thinker; problem solving and ability to “think on your feet”
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge of the Insomniac Passport program and its offerings and communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them.
• Cross-reference various spreadsheets to check-in members on-site at activations.
• Knowledge of general festival information (hours, stage names, artists, medic tent, ATM, water station, etc.).
• Assist in set up & strike of the Insomniac Passport area(s) while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Be creative and flexible with various tasks, and willing to get the Headliners excited about any and all activations.
