Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for moving large items and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles and equipment.
• Manage a maintenance budget for preventative repairs.
• Assist Chef Tim Love and follow instructions from assistants.
• Perform miscellaneous errands as assigned.
