Job summary

Sundance Institute is seeking a Festival Associate Manager, Event Beverage Logistics to lead beverage logistics for the Sundance Film Festival. The role involves coordinating beverage needs, projections, and vendor relations across multiple events, with remote work allowed until the Boulder site reconvenes in January.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in beverage logistics or related fields, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in beverage logistics, account management, relationship management or related.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Strong knowledge of databases and office tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Events leadership to assess beverage needs and allocations.
• Develop beverage projections for Festival events.
• Coordinate with sponsors, recipes, and logistical needs.
• Plan beverage services with event caterers including POS and training.
• Track beverage consumption and document in shared tools.
• Manage orders within budget and schedule deliveries.
• Ensure bars are set up with signage and displays at events.
• Support onsite event execution and volunteer coordination.
• Prepare final wrap reports and post‑festival analysis.
