The City of O'Fallon is seeking a Festival Aide to support festival and event preparations outdoors. This part-time role involves setup, decoration, lighting maintenance, and public assistance in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and setup of festival grounds for events.
• Research and prepare for festivals including Celebration of Lights.
• Install, maintain and repair holiday lights as needed.
• Paint and install scenery for displays.
• Provide security for light displays.
• Ensure displays operate properly and take corrective actions.
• Offer information and top-notch customer service to patrons.
