Job summary

MacroSource LLC in Victoria, TX seeks an Operator to support the loading of trucks, railcars, and barges, transferring liquid fertilizers with approved tools and methods. You will operate front‑end loaders and bulk conveying equipment, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements in a busy terminal environment.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm, with overtime as needed; initial benefits include Day 1 medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fertilizer terminal experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and near heights/water; lift up to 50 lb.
• English proficiency required for safe communication.
• Willingness to undergo drug test and background check.
• Overtime and weekend flexibility; typical hours 7 am–4 pm.
• Work location: 781 FM 1432, Victoria TX 77905.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and railcars with fertilizer using approved tools and methods.
• Transfer liquid fertilizer; operate pumps, valves, piping and automation systems.
• Perform general equipment maintenance with appropriate tools.
• Follow ladder/climbing safety on railcars, trucks, towers and platforms.
• Maintain facility and grounds through proper housekeeping methods.
