Job summary

MacroSource LLC in Victoria, TX seeks an Operator to support the loading of trucks, railcars, and barges, transferring liquid fertilizers with approved tools and methods. You will operate front‑end loaders and bulk conveying equipment, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements in a busy terminal environment.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm, with overtime as needed; initial benefits include Day 1 medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fertilizer terminal experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and near heights/water; lift up to 50 lb.
• English proficiency required for safe communication.
• Willingness to undergo drug test and background check.
• Overtime and weekend flexibility; typical hours 7 am–4 pm.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of company‑supplied personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel‑toe or sturdy leather boots.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and deal with heights and around water while following respiratory and fall protection guidelines and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• This role requires English proficiency to ensure safe and effective communication in a safety‑sensitive environment.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.
• Flexibility to work overtime (some nights and weekends) as required. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
