Job summary

MacroSource is seeking an Operator at its Victoria, TX terminal to load trucks, railcars, and barges, and to transfer liquid fertilizers using pumps, valves, piping, and automation systems.

You will operate front-end loaders, skid steers, and bulk conveying equipment, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Special Demands/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a fertilizer terminal is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of company-supplied personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe or sturdy leather boots.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and deal with heights and around water while following respiratory and fall protection guidelines and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• This role requires English proficiency to ensure safe and effective communication in a safety-sensitive environment.

• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.
• Flexibility to work overtime (some nights and weekends) as required. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
