Job summary

MacroSource is seeking an Operator at our Greenville, MS terminal to support loading trucks and barges with dry and liquid fertilizers. You will operate front-end loaders and skid steers, use bulk conveying equipment, and perform routine equipment maintenance following safety guidelines.

This hands-on role requires safety focus, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. We offer generous PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) with match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a fertilizer terminal is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• English proficiency required for safe communication in a safety-sensitive environment.
• Willingness to undergo drug test and background check.
• Overtime and some night/weekend shifts; typical hours Mon-Fri 7 am–4 pm.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with dry fertilizer and barges with grain using approved tools and methods.
• Perform general equipment maintenance with appropriate tools.
• Follow ladder, height, and fall-protection guidelines in work areas.
• Maintain facility and grounds through proper housekeeping practices.
