Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Fertilizer Equipment Operator to support the Fertilizer Manager in daily operations at our Lenox, TN location. You will safely operate the loader to blend dry and liquid fertilizers and assist with inventory and loading duties.

The role requires basic math, English reading/writing, and a willingness to work outdoors in warehouse environments. CDL is preferred, and commitment to safety and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL preferred.
• Familiar with heavy machinery and safety equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate articulating loader to blend fertilizers.
• Assist with mixing and pouring of dry and liquid elements.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
• Load and unload fertilizer trucks and manage inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow company policies and maintain reliable attendance.
