You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate loading, inventory accuracy, and excellent service to internal and external customers. High school diploma or equivalent is required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required and must meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.
• Applicants for positions requiring operation of a moving vehicle or interaction with heavy equipment must meet legal age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Blends and loads fertilizer formulations.
• Maintains conveyor systems.
• Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
• Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
