Job summary

Everleap Fertility seeks a Registered Nurse in Denver, CO to join our patient care team. This full-time role is 4 days per week, Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, with one day remote once fully trained. The RN will coordinate care, educate patients, and support fertility pathways in a dynamic clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, preferably a BSN, with EMR proficiency and experience in women's health. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations.
• BSN preferred.
• BCLS/ACLS/IV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and treatment of fertility patients.
• Follow provider directives and manage diagnostic/treatment plans.
• Review records and ensure accurate data in EMR.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions.
• Educate patients across all stages of treatment and set expectations.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate environment.
• Mentor fellow nurses and foster collaboration.
