US Fertility in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility. You will coordinate care for fertility patients, provide counseling, and educate patients on injections.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to clinical protocols, and compassionate support for patients and families. This full-time position offers growth within a national network and a schedule with weekday hours and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience; women's health background a plus; training provided.
• Valid RN license.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• High level of customer service; must be a self-starter.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; Women’s health/fertility background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Woodbridge, Virginia.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 2 to 3 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year in our Fairfax office; After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week
• Compensation: $76,000 to $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

Qualifications and Skills Include

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
