Job summary

US Fertility in Washington, DC, is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility. The role offers Monday–Friday hours with occasional weekends and holidays, and a compensation range of $78,000–$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

You will coordinate patient care, provide counseling, educate on procedures and injections, schedule treatments, and support patients and families within a nationally respected network.

Qualifications

• Fertility/IVF experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Active RN license required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is essential.
• Strong customer-service orientation and proactive approach.
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience required.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 3 to 4 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year.
• Compensation:$78,000 to $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
