Job summary

US Fertility in Woodbridge, Virginia is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate patient care, manage cases, educate patients on procedures and injections, and schedule treatments in alignment with clinical protocols.

The role requires an RN license with IVF/fertility experience, EMR proficiency, and strong customer service. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; remote work is available one day weekly after training.

Qualifications

• RN license required; IVF/fertility experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for anFertility RN Coordinatorto join our team atShady Grove Fertility in Woodbridge, Virginia.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 2 to 3 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year in our Fairfax office; After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week
• Compensation:$76,000 to $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinatorwill:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
