Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland. The role involves coordinating patient care, counseling couples, and educating patients on procedures with injections, while aligning with clinical protocols.

This on-site position offers weekends on a rotating schedule, with compensation ranging from $37 to $42 per hour, commensurate with experience, and provides opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized fertility

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1 year of clinical RN experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Fertility or women's health experience a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland.

• Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Holidays that fall on assigned weekend required
• Compensation: $37 to $42 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Fertility RN Coordinator will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience andbackground in women’s health a plus;training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
